As I travel from Oberursel to Frankfurt, I am always struck by the farm fields to the right and the left of the Autoban completing surrounding the city of Frankfurt. Recently, I went to the States. When I returned, Chris picked me up at the airport. On our drive back to Oberursel, you could not miss the beautiful fields of yellow flowers. It turns out these beautiful fields are Rapeseed flowers. From these Rapeseed plants, the farmers produce Canola oil. While I tried, it is hard to capture the beauty of these fields.
